- Liaising with appointed agents and consultants
- Working closely with the Marketing Department to co-ordinate new home launches
- Show Home delivery
- Sales research, analysis and reporting

- Negotiation skills
- Communications skills
- Organisational skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience in property sales is essential
