28/7/10 - Permission for two more houses at Upwey
We have planning permission for a pair of linked detached (ie joined by the central garages)on a garden plot off of our existing development at Chapel Meadow, Upwey.

14/5/10 - Newborough House , Queen Mother Square, Poundbury - SECTOR 3.02
First release for sale on 27th August.

6/4/10 - New Development at Holton Point
Morrish Builders of Poole are planning the first phase of speculative development at Holton Point, Holton Heath, Poole.
The 10.8 Holton Point site was acquired by Morrish Builders in 2007 to develop a new high quality business park to suit a wide range of occupational needs. The site already has planning consent for commercial development and estate roads have been constructed to base course stage.
Now in April 2010, detailed planning work is now at an advanced stage for a first phase of development which will include a 32 unit small business centre together with two larger industrial units of approx 15,400 sq ft each.
The small business centre will provide industrial units ranging in size from approx 400 sq ft – 1,530 sq ft. The units will be available with highly flexible tenure on a serviced basis.
The development is due to commence in 2010 now that detailed planning consent has been granted.

The show house, plot 4,2 Trematon Court is sold and occupied.
We are working to provide plot 10 as the next furnished show home in about three to four weeks. This represents plot 11, 48 and 49 and will serve a very useful role.
Ironic that every time we finish and furnish show home it sells immediately! Plot 4 was the third such instance so watch out for plot 10 selling soon.
