We are constantly seeking land and development opportunities in East Devon, the M5 corridor north from Exeter, anywhere in Dorset, west Hampshire, Somerset and south Wiltshire.

We welcome details of sites with plannimg permission, land with potential and brown-field sites. We recently bought land by auction, tender and private negotiation and always adhere to the convention of recognising successful introductions by agents who may not be vendor instructed.

Introducing or selling agents are invited to act as our selling agent when ever practical or appropriate.

We have successfully recruited and appointed a project manager, health and safety manager, an architectural technician, secretarial and reception staff and tradespeople including brick layers and specialist stone workers on our development sites.

Vacancies for sales staff in our sales centres and display homes are recruited and appointed (with our approval) by our selling agents.
