Morrish launched in the North East Quadrant of Poundbury this summer, the next significant phase of Poundbury to be developed. The North East Quadrant is a mixed use development of approximately 500 dwellings stretching from Queen Mother Square at the heart of the development, to the ancient Poundbury Hillfort in the North East. The area will include a stunning array of classical architecture which reflects both local needs and traditions with select properties benefitting from views over the Great Field, Poundbury’s major open space.
The first off-plan release of property this Spring in this quadrant was a mews terrace of three bedroom houses along Liscombe Street in the heart of the area. These three bedroom homes have all sold quickly. The eagerly awaited show house complex on the corner of Reeve Street and Reeve lane opened to the Public in July.
Steven and David Morrish, Joint Managing Directors for Morrish Builders said: "The Company is proud to be able to offer these superior, classically inspired homes by renowned architects Ben Pentreath and George Saumarez-Smith. The success of our work at Poundbury is a testament to our in-house team of professionals who always ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and presentation".
