Morrish Builders have now agreed sales on all available plots in this Trematon Street sector at Poundbury.

Each of the six houses in this phase featured property with westerly facing rear gardens. All houses had  a cloakroom, separate lounge, kitchen/breakfast room with fitted appliances, the three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Externally, the houses had a car port and further allocated car parking space.

Morrish can report that there will be a further three houses to be released in the early part of 2012 as the second phase, to complete this sector at Poundbury. All three houses in this phase will contain similar style three bedroom accommodation and build completion will be around the Spring of 2012.
