A further eight semi detached houses that comprise the second phase of the very successful and popular development at Chapel Meadow.
First release of plots 1 and 2 on 27 August.
These two houses have an array of PV Solar panels (Photo Voltaic cells) mounted on the roof to provide electricity to reduce running costs and provide an income under the Government FIT scheme.
A pleasant cul-de-sac off Chapel Lane four of these houses(plots 1 to 4) are built to incorporate photo voltaic (PV) cells to benefit the house owner from the 'Feed-in Tarriff' in order to reduce the net cost of electricity.
The houses are all semi-detached in unequal pairs there being four designs from 901 sq feet as the smallest to the largest at 1.072 sq feet, good sized homes by any standard.
