Wellworthy is a strategic 17 acre(gross)development site which is allocated by the New Forest District Council Core Strategy Document for employment use. Morrish Builders are proposing to submit a planning application during the early part of 2011 for construction of a new road junction and internal roads and services. 

Following construction of the estate roadways, service department sites in parcels from, say, 1 acre can be made available to suit specific business requirements. Parcels will be available for sale on a freehold basis.
