Holton Point is a strategic employment site forming part of the successful Holton Heath Trading Park. It is one of the last remaining large scale commercial development sites within the south east Dorset area which has an existing planning consent for development.

The site comprises an overall gross area in the region of 4.37 ha (10.8 acres).

Individual parcels are available from approximately 0.4 ha (1 acre) although smaller parcels can be considered.
